Export Bahrain has signed two strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Bosnia and Herzegovina Friendship and Business Society and Bosna Bank International (BBI) to facilitate Bahraini businesses in accessing European and global markets. In addition to promoting economic and technological cooperation between Bahraini companies and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the agreements aim to draw attention to and promote Bahrain-made products and services among regional and international buyers.

Export Bahrain, Bosnia and Herzegovina sign MoUs to boost cooperationThese strategic partnerships will benefit Bahrain’s exporters as a promotional tool and a pathway to the European market, and will also provide opportunities to exchange knowledge, expertise, and market regulations between the two countries. The two sides plan to organize B2B meetings, seminars, webinars, workshops, and trade shows to promote Made in Bahrain products and services in Europe and other global markets.

In the past year, Export Bahrain has facilitated the expansion of local businesses into international markets, with more than $130 million worth of exports across 56 different product and service categories. Over 57 markets have been served by Export Bahrain since its inception in November 2018, including markets in the GCC, Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
