    ASRY signs an MOU with Greek American ONEX Shipyards

    Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard (ASRY) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ONEX Shipyards Greece to share knowledge and experience in maritime repair, technology, optimization, modernization and to explore future business opportunities. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the Greek Prime Minister who was visiting ONEX shipyards at that time, signed the MoU virtually between the two companies.

    ASRY signs an MOU with Greek American ONEX ShipyardsMitsotakis expressed his gratitude to ASRY for taking the first step toward establishing a relationship with one of the most historical Greek shipyards. This relationship reflects Bahrain’s advanced capabilities in terms of economic cooperation. ASRY’s Managing Director and Board Member Mazen Matar signed the agreement on behalf of ASRY with ONEX’s President and CEO Panos Xenokostas signing on behalf of ONEX Shipyards.
